The team behind Devon Café serves up a brand-new concept offering Sydneysiders an exciting dining destination. The team’s sixth venture is a fresh new approach with a 50/50 split between dessert and savoury options. Since inception, critical acclaim for its quality yet intriguing take on familiar dishes has generated a following of over 26,500 on social media. Executive chef Zacharay Tan collaborated alongside pastry maestro Marcus Andrew to design a menu influenced by Japanese flavours. Think along the lines of innovative dessert beverages with flavours such as tiramisu and strawberry shortcake and savoury don bowls featuring some of the region's premium food producers.
