With a focus on the eccentric marriage of flavours and dishes plated with creative flair, chef Nguyen has thrown traditional cooking out the door. The Sydney favourite prides itself on delivering tasty flavours, great looking dishes and innovative concepts, including their ‘Banh xeo’, a crispy coconut turmeric crepe.
