Get up and close with this year’s zodiac and get the chance to meet and take a photo with a snake! Learn all about these fascinating creatures from professional experts and be sure to capture the unforgettable moment. The live snake display will be located in front of The Exchange building. 

Receive a free personalised fan with a New Year message in Chinese calligraphy from 4pm to 7pm on Saturday 1^st, 8^th and 15^th February. The calligraphy bar will be located in the Square near The Exchange building. Limited stock available per day.

Kick off your Lunar New Year celebration at the Sydney Lunar Festival from Wednesday 29 January. The streets of Haymarket will come alive with live entertainment, roving performers, lion dances, art and light installations.

Witness the spectacular jet pack performers soar high up in the sky over the waters of Cockle Bay. The performers will be dressed in Lunar New Year themed costumes and performing their breathtaking aerial acrobatics.

In celebration of the Year of the Snake, more than 3,000 paddlers will be battling it out in the dragon boat races on Cockle Bay. Feel your heart races as the 12m long dragon boat races slice through the water.
